Palestine has been the abode and head of the land of Prophets

You need to explain to your kids this regardless of whether they ask you to.

We love Palestine because

This Palestine has been the abode and head of the land of Prophets.

Hazrat Ibrahim (peace be upon him) migrated to Palestine.

Hazrat Lut (peace be upon him) was spared from the penalty that his people had been due at that location by Allah Ta’ala.

Hazrat Dawood (peace be upon him) lived on this land and also built a mihrab here.

Formerly, Hazrat Sulaiman ruled over the entire world from this nation.

In this valley, the fabled ant that commanded his companions to “O ants, get into your burrows” originated. in the city of Ashkelon in this country, which was later named “Wadi Al-Namal – Valley of the Ants” was named.

The mihrab of Hazrat Zakaria (peace be upon him) is also in this city.

Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) told his companions about this country to enter this holy city. Because it was free of polytheism and the home of prophets, he referred to this city as holy.

Many miracles took place in this city, including the blessed birth of Jesus from the womb of a virgin Bibi Maryam.

Allah Ta’ala took Hazrat Isa (peace be upon him) from that city to heaven when his people wanted to kill him.

Bibi Maryam’s shaking of the palm trunk in that state—after giving birth, when a woman is at the height of her physical weakness—is also a supernatural feat.

One of the signs of the resurrection will be the return of Jesus to the earth near the white minaret in this city.

The Dajjal will be killed by Prophet Jesus (peace be upon him) at Bab Lud in the same city.

 Palestine is a mixed land.

It is from this city that Gog and Magog will begin their work of fighting and mischief in the land.

The tale of Talut and Goliath is one of the legends that took place in this city.

In addition, Palestine holds the distinction of being the first Muslim Qibla following the call to prayer. After Hijrah, Hazrat Jibreel (peace be upon him) was directed by the Prophet (peace be upon him) to go from Masjid al-Aqsa (Palestine) to Baitullah Kaaba (Makkah) during prayer. The Qiblatin Mosque is the name of the mosque where this incident happened.

Before being carried to heaven on the night of his ascension, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was brought here from Makkah to Bait-ul-Maqdis (Palestine).

Following the example of the two scholars, the Prophets, peace be upon them, offered prayers here. And so Palestine became the dwelling place of all the prophets once more.

Sayyiduna Abu Dharr claims that I enquired as to which mosque was the first to be constructed on Earth,

asking the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. Thus, he uttered: Masjid al-Haram, or the Kaaba. Which one, I inquired? Al-Aqsa Mosque (also known as Bait al-Maqdis) was built, he said. Then I inquired as to how far apart the two of them were. “For forty years, and wherever you find time for prayer, you should pray there, so that is the mosque,” declared the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

The temptation of apostasy to Hazrat Abu Bakr (RA) and others
Despite the dire need of military and manpower to deal with many problems, it is also an unforgettable fact to send the army prepared by the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to the land of Syria (Palestine).

In the golden era of Islam Farooqi, leaving aside the conquests around the world, just for the victory of Palestine, Sayyiduna Umar himself went and offered prayers here, highlighting the greatness of this city.

Another indication is Saladin Ayyubi’s retaking of this city on Friday, the 27th of Rajab in 583 Hijri.

The name of Bait al-Maqdis used to be Quds before the Qur’an, when the Qur’an was revealed, it was renamed Masjid al-Aqsa. The reason Quds is different from other cities is because this one is holy. The Prophet Rizwanullah Alaihim Ajmeen’s more than 5000 Companions gave their lives in order to take possession of this city and deliver it from the Romans’ oppression and tyranny. Furthermore, the series of martyrdom is ongoing, and the chapter is not closed yet. Therefore, this city is a city of martyrs.

The importance of Masjid al-Aqsa and Balad al-Sham is exactly the same as Haramain al-Sharifin.

When this verse of the Holy Qur’an was revealed (Al-Tain wal Zaitoon wa Taor Sinin and this is Al-Balad Al-Amin), then Ibn Abbas says that We made the land of Syria from “Al-Tain” figs, the land of Palestine from “Al-Zitoon” from olives, and Al-Taur Sinin from the mountains of Egypt. He reasoned from the mountain on which Hazrat Musa (peace be upon him) spoke to Allah.
And from this holy verse of the Holy Qur’an (Walqd Kitbna fi al-Zoor min baad al-Dhikr أt was argued that the Ummah of Muhammad is in fact the inheritor of this holy land.

The greatness of Palestine can be estimated from the fact that the reward of every prayer offered here is increased 500 times.
